Help with active nature conservation near Innsbruck

In the first half of October, we made another visit to our foreign partner RNDr. Karel Černý (Gerichtlich beeideter Sachverständiger für Ökologie und Insektenkunde) in Austria. As part of the management activities, and  with our Austrian colleagues, we used various methods to eradicate unsuitable trees and blackberry stands, which are also a serious problem in some of our managed areas in Prague. By learning in the field, but also through subsequent workshops and consultations, we have obtained very useful knowledge on how to effectively manage these problems of xerothermic habitats in the long term.
