The mission of the IGA is to support the development of the scientific research activities of FZP doctoral and master’s students from the internal resources of the faculty.
The IGA grant competition is announced every year, usually in the first half of February.
Applicants for IGA grants and the responsible investigators of the financed project can be only students in the doctoral program of the FZP, or an FZP academic employee. Other members of the research team may be academic staff or students of FZP doctoral and master’s degree programs.
The IGA project duration is 1-3 years, and the maximum solution period is determined by the IGA Commission within the announcement of a specific competition.
The maximum amount of support for one project for one calendar year in the relevant grant competition is determined by the IGA Commission annually, and the maximum amount is 500,000 CZK. Other grant competitions, usually for extending of funding of projects already being dealt with, may be announced at any time during the year.
