In June 2026, Michal Knapp presented his research about supporting insect biodiversity on green roofs at the World Congress of Building Greening 2026, in Berlin. The conference provided an opportunity to meet with experts from various countries and exchange experiences with modern approaches to biodiversity conservation in urban environments. In addition to inspiring practical examples, the conference also highlighted the latest findings on the importance of green roofs for pollinators and other invertebrate groups.
