Abstract:
The aim of the project is to identify the causes of the decline in grassland diversity even when managed appropriately and to provide practical recommendations to stakeholders and the professional public on managing species-poor and species-rich grasslands in cross-border nature conservation areas. That way, species loss on grasslands in the cross-border Czech-Saxony area may be diminished and biodiversity of investigated and related organism groups (like pollinators) recovered and enhanced.
