FES in the Philippines recorded a new occurrence of a butterfly

Philippine partners, after the current examination of the photographs taken during a business trip in August 2016, identified butterfly as a species of Logania marmorata, subspecies faustina, and confirmed that it is the first ever record of this taxon on the island of Bohol. Inconspicuous butterfly with a wingspan of approximately four-centimetre wingspan was relatively common at the turn of August and September according to an initial survey of the site near the town of Bilar.
