As part of the GACR project, Federico Morelli and his group became members of an international team of environmentalists studying the effects of urban growth and expansion on various components of biodiversity. This GACR project is implemented in cooperation with partners from 12 European countries and with ecologists, ornithologists and botanists from 17 different European cities.
