Effects of different temperatures on infections

Although fieldwork is still in full swing, we are not idle in the ecophysiological laboratory either. Under the supervision of Michals, we are finalizing an experiment focusing on the effects of different temperatures during the infection of the ladybird Harmonia axyridis by the parasitoid wasp Dinocampus coccinellae. The experiment began in April, and we are now finally gathering excellent data on the interaction between parasitism and temperature! Hooray for another successful laboratory study!!! Many thanks to Bára, Klára, Eliška, and Anna for their enthusiastic work.
