We released an alpha version of a web application, that specializes in visualisation of behavioural data from various dataloggers (mainly bird incubation data) in a form of custom actogram plots. Furthermore, the application is able to predict hidden states based on logged environmental data, using Hidden Markov Models (HMM) and a set of recommended transformation and post-processing techniques that ensure that the data are stationary. For extremely long datasets, the application offers a useful “rarefy feature”, that lowers the sample size for crude and fast preliminary results.
