The conference Wetpol 2015 addressed the latest advances in the field of wetland nutrient and pollution transformations, ecosystem valuation and pollution control in natural and constructed wetlands. The conference took place in York, UK, from September 13 to September 18, 2015. Our group was represented by Jan Vymazal with the talk Removal of Pharmaceuticals in Three Constructed Wetlands in the Czech Republic, Chen Zhongbing with the talk Evaluation of hydroponic plant root mat for the treatment of groundwater contaminated with volatile organic compounds and Tereza Březinová with the talk Utilization of aboveground biomass of constructed wetland for heavy metals elimination – the difference between the concentration and accumulation.
