New project investigating seasonal dynamics of ecosystem services provision in agricultural landscapes

At the end of March 2019, Ezequiel González, in cooperation with Martin Štrobl and under supervision of Michal Knapp, lunched a long-term field experiment investigating predation rates in arable fields and non-crop habitats across the entire growing season. Is the rate of actual predation influenced only by ambient temperature (i.e. activity of predators) or does the phenology and environmental context (crop development, timing of agricultural operations, type of non-crop habitats, etc.) also play a role? These are just some of the questions that this research wants to answer.
