How to efficiently stabilize arsenic in soil?

Read our recent paper by Zuzana Michálková et al. focused on „Selected Fe and Mn (nano)oxides as perspective amendments for the stabilization of As in contaminated soils“. The efficiency of an amorphous manganese oxide (AMO), nanomaghemite, and nanomagnetite was evaluated. The AMO showed excellent adsorption capacity for As(V) under near-neutral and alkaline conditions and proved to be a promising agent for remediation of soils contaminated with As.
