In June, our International Relations Office participated in the 28th IROICA Staff Training Week, hosted by Ghent University, KU Leuven, and the University of Lille.
The programme focused on key topics in international education, including:
-
Generation Z: What motivates today’s students and how to engage them effectively.
-
AI in university work: Tools for smarter workflows and a closer look at environmental impacts.
-
Sustainability and Erasmus+: Best practices in green mobility and updates from the Erasmus+ programme.
-
International cooperation: Building networks, sharing ideas, and forming new partnerships.
Campus and city tours, cultural events, and roundtable discussions helped strengthen professional connections across Europe.
The training provided fresh ideas and renewed motivation for our work at the faculty. We're excited to bring these insights into our Erasmus+ activities and student support.
