On September 15–16, 2025, Jakub Mlejnek, PhD student and President of the Student Union GSN at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, visited the University of Galway, Ireland, as part of the Erasmus cooperation. During his visit, he met with the coordinators of the Zoology and Environmental Leadership programs. The visit was kindly organized by Dr. Michel Dugon from the School of Natural Sciences.
Discussions focused on expanding collaboration across departments and research teams, exploring opportunities for joint research, student mobility, and academic exchange. Both institutions expressed a strong interest in further strengthening ties, particularly in the fields of environmental sciences, sustainability, and interdisciplinary innovation.
This visit laid a solid foundation for future cooperation and joint initiatives aimed at addressing global environmental challenges through education and research.
