On 22 September, the Faculty of Environmental Sciences at CZU welcomed newly admitted students of its English-taught Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes during the official Enrolment day.
The programme began with the formal enrolment process, followed by a short icebreaking activity designed to help students get to know their classmates and start building new connections.
The next part of the programme focused on essential information for a successful start to their studies. Representatives of the International Relations Office introduced key contacts, study systems, and academic requirements. Students also learned about the services provided by the university library and other support resources available throughout their studies.
A presentation by the university counsellor, Klára ten Donkelaar, introduced students to the counselling and wellbeing services available at CZU, highlighting the support they can access whenever needed.
The event concluded with a presentation by members of the Global Student Network (GSN). After introducing their activities and opportunities for student engagement, they guided the new students on a campus tour, helping them become familiar with the faculty, the university environment, and their fellow students.
