We were honoured to welcome Dr. Saman Razavi from the School of Environment and Sustainability (SENS), University of Saskatchewan (Canada) to FZP CZU! The mobility was realized within the Erasmus+ KA171 ICM project.
Dr. Razavi delivered an inspiring lecture on advancing integrated modelling, with a focus on water resources and climate resilience.
He also introduced the work of SENS USask and led engaging discussions on shared research interests, including:
- Integrated water resources modelling
- Hydrological processes in freezing soils
- Ecotoxicology & environmental chemistry
We also explored exciting opportunities for collaboration – including joint research projects, student exchange, teaching collaboration and joint PhD supervision.
